ECM Consultants wad founded in 1996 with a clear mission: to provide a full range of engineering, environmental, and infrastructure services (EEIS) that solve complex challenges with precision and care. Our services include site investigation, remediation and cleanup, risk assessment, feasibility studies, groundwater and remediation system monitoring, engineering design, construction, construction management, regulatory compliance, and munitions response and removal.
Over the years, we’ve learned that EEIS problems rarely have a one-size-fits-all solution. There are often multiple ways to approach a project—some may be quicker but more costly, others more contentious or risky.
